Mohanlal Sukhadia University (erstwhile Udaipur University) at Udaipur is a State University established by an Act in the year 1962 to cater the needs of higher education in Southern Rajasthan.The University is located in Aravalli Hill Endowed with rich cultural heritage, natural resources and beautiful landscape, Udaipur is a world renowned tourist attraction.

As a mark of respect in the memory of Late Shri. Mohan Lal Sukhadia, the architect of modern Rajasthan, the University was renamed as Mohanlal Sukhadia University in 1984.Faculty of Management Studies, Udaipur, or FMS Udaipur, was founded in 1982. FMS Udaipur has been ranked among the top three business schools in Rajasthan.

FMS Udaipur comes under the aegis of Mohan Lal Sukhdia University (MLSU), Udaipur. It is situated on the campus of the MLSU.It is one of the oldest business schools in Rajasthan and has a strong alumni network.

The school offers various post graduate and doctoral programmes.The programmes offerred by FMS are:

*MBA-Financial Service Management (Full Time).
*Master in Tourism Management (Full Time).
*MBA-E Commerce and Rural Management (Full Time).
